Codemen is a consulting company consisting of experienced professionals in the software industry. We are also Finland’s largest software company network that brings together Finland’s best experts and businesses in consulting, software development and project management.
The network includes both large and small companies. What they have in common is that the companies employ experienced software development and consulting professionals. We have offices in Helsinki, Tampere, Lahti, Ylivieska and Joensuu. Our goal is to be the greatest, the most delightful and renowned ICT-network in Finland. Our customers include key players in public administration, industry and information technology.
Codemen’s turnover consists of private and public sector consulting and projects. We have entered into framework agreements with the public side and many large Finnish listed companies. The size and length of projects vary from a few months of consultation to several years.

We offer commissions and the opportunity to join the network. Codemen therefore handles the sale of projects and the partner company can focus on the essential – working on the project.
We also offer help resource your own projects. Our sister company Q-Factory supports testing, test automation and quality assurance tasks.
The most important channel for new partners is job searches sent via email. The searches are the result of Codemen sales and are sent to all members of the network.
In most cases, any additional information will be clarified when the customer interviews the network member. Unfortunately, we are often unable to provide additional information at the beginning of the search phase.
We highly recommend responding to searches with CV and expert information if your company has spare capacity.
In addition to assignment applications, Codemen provides both large and small project deliveries. The goal is to cooperate with multiple partners. Project deliveries are aimed at to serve the customer so that they have the best partner company and expertise at their disposal.
Codemen acts as the customer’s responsible contractor for the majority of customer deliveries. Network partners most often act as subcontractors. In cooperation with partners, we can also act as a partner’s subcontractor, providing the partner with the necessary resources or services for the partner’s own customer and project needs. Partners can also proactively notify Codemen of their free resources, allowing sales to be made in addition to active order searches.
Caleo is part of the future of our network, as well as our own product development! Caleo is a intelligent platform licensed to our Codemen partners for free.
The service supports experts in building and maintaining their own CV.
As a sales representative, you can find orders and make offers directly using the service. Your experts can also be found (anonymously) directly when clients search for the right experts for them.

Codemen can also help resource your own projects. Our sister company Q-Factory supports in tasks related to testing, test automation and quality assurance.
For the time being, we do not require our partners to sign a framework agreement or letter of intent or any other written declaration of commitment. Network partners will be added to the email group through which we will inform you about open assignments.
